The initial consultation is a vital first step on your hypnotherapy journey, it’s where we build the foundation for a trusting, collaborative relationship. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, relaxed, and at ease. Your well-being and happiness are my top priorities, and I’m dedicated to making this experience as positive and empowering as possible.

During our meeting, I’ll take the time to understand your personal story, current situation, and what motivates you to seek hypnotherapy. We’ll also discuss your future goals and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This is your space to share any concerns or questions, so you feel fully informed and comfortable every step of the way.

I’ll also briefly explain how our brain works and why we sometimes feel the way we do, many clients have found this knowledge eye-opening, helping them better understand themselves and giving them practical tools to create meaningful change.

Finally, I’ll outline what you can expect in future sessions, so you can decide if this approach feels right for you. Remember, the choice is always yours — I’m here to support, guide, and empower you throughout your journey.

After the initial consultation, I have a clearer understanding of your needs. I then adapt subsequent sessions to make them personal to you and tailor them to your individual goals, based on the information shared during our first meeting. Each session is designed to help you regain control, step by step, and to support you in discovering your self-worth and building confidence. As your confidence grows, you’ll find it easier to make decisions and take the next steps towards achieving your goals.

We don’t focus on dwelling on past traumas or problems. Instead, we work together to shift your mindset and look toward a brighter, more positive future. My aim is to equip you with the right knowledge and tools so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.

RELAXATION

Take a break from the world with this 30 minute relaxation session. During relaxation, I aim to promote a state of calm and tranquility by using a series of language patterns, which can positive changes. The experience can be deeply restorative, whilst providing relief from stress and anxiety, fostering a sense of inner peace. 

Whilst in the relaxed state, the conscious and subconscious parts of your mind come together in focus. When the conscious and subconscious minds come together in focus, they amplify each other's strengths, and can lead to improved creativity, learning, emotional well-being, and decision-making.

During the relaxation you are in control at all times. You are aware of your surroundings and can open your eyes, move, and even talk if you wish.
